This is a rock chrome ore processing plant in Albania. JXSC adopts advanced technology and equipment to build a modern chrome ore beneficiation plant. It is equipped with feeding, coarse crushing, fine crushing, screening, ball milling and gravity separation equipment to separate the chrome concentrate. The client’s chrome ore resources are low grade and the raw ore particles are large, so they require high-grade chrome ore. And under the premise of ensuring the construction quality of the dressing plant, the investment should be saved as much as possible.

Combined with clients needs and the actual situation on site, JXSC decided to use gravity separation process equipment to separate minerals.

Rock Chrome Ore Processing Plant
The raw ore is sent to the coarse jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder has a sieve bar, and the coarse grain on the sieve is sent to the coarse jaw crusher. The fine aggregates under the sieve are sent to the cone crusher for fine crushing through the conveyor.
The cone crusher breaks the rock chromium down to less than 20 mm. + 20 mm of material is sent back to the cone crusher for crushing again. The 0-20mm materials under the sieve are transported to the storage bin.
The 0-20mm powder is smoothly fed into the ball mill through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and belt conveyor and used in conjunction with the spiral classifier. The oversized particles from the classifier are returned to the ball mill for grinding again to form a closed loop mill to obtain materials below 200 mesh.
The less than 200mesh materials will be pumped into the spiral chute and shaking tables. To maximize chrome ore recovery, we adopts secondary spiral chute separation. The middle material of the first-stage spiral chute is pumped to the second-stage spiral chutes group, and the discharged concentrate enters the shaking table together to obtain high-grade chrome concentrate.
