Unique Structure

When the machine works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the V-belt. When the material enters the blow bar action area, the high-speed impact will collide with the blow bar on the rotor and break. The back plate of the rotor can withstand the extremely high moment of inertia of the rotor and the impact and crushing force of the hammer head. After that, the material is thrown to the impact device for re-crushing, and then bounces back from the impact liner to the blow bar area for re-crushing. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required size. Materials from large to small enter the first, second and third impact chambers for repeated crushing. When the crushed ore particle size is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the impact plate, it will be discharged from the discharge port.

The feeding size depends on capacity, the bigger capacity with bigger feeding size. The output size can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.
Can through two ways:
(1) Adjust the speed of the rotor, the faster the rotor moves, the smaller output will come;
(2) Adjust the gap between the impact plate and the blow bar.
Blow bar, impact plate, side plate, bearing etc.
(1) Pay attention to the balance of the rotor;
(2) Lubricate in time;
(3) Timely replacement of worn wearing parts.
(1) The feeding material is too large, you can adjust the feeding size;
(2) Uneven wear, counterattack hammer needs to be replaced;
(3) The rotor is unbalanced and needs to be adjusted;
(4) The foundation is not handled properly, and the fastening of the anchor bolts needs to be checked.
(1) The blow bar is worn, turned around or replaced.
(2) If the distance between the blow bar and the impact plate is too large, it can be adjusted appropriately. Generally, it should be adjusted to 15mm-20mm.
(3) Excessive feed particle size will also affect the output particle size.
(1) The bearing is short of oil or too much oil, check the oil level when adding oil.
(2) The bearing is damaged and the bearing needs to be replaced in time.
(3) If the upper cover is too tight, adjust the bolts properly, and the tightness is appropriate.
