The flotation machine is the most widely used and effective key equipment to realize the mineral flotation separation process. The flotation efficiency is improved by optimizing the design of the impeller structure and improving the inflation method. Our flotation machines are developing toward automation and diversification, with strong adaptability. JXSC produces many types of flotation equipment with complete models, including SF, XJK, JJF serices flotation machines, etc.
Our flotation machines often separate gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, nickel, molybdenum, nickel and other metal minerals. They can also be used for rough and selected ferrous metals and non-metals. There are many structural forms of JXSC flotation machines. The common ones are mechanical and inflatable stirring flotation machines. The flotation efficiency is improved by optimizing the design of the impeller structure and improving the inflation method. It is suitable for roughing, scanning and concentration flotation operations in various ore flotation plants.
Inclined Blades
These blades are arranged obliquely, forming an angle of 60° with the radius, and they are used to guide the slurry flow thrown out by the impeller.
Circulation Pores
In the lower part of the air cylinder, there is a circulation hole to adjust the circulation of the slurry, which is controlled by a gate. There are 18-20 circulation holes between the two guide vanes on the cover plate for the ore pulp circulation, thereby increasing the amount of aeration.
Automation
The flotation equipment has an automatic control system for pulp level, air volume, pulp concentration, reagent addition and foam imaging analysis.
Stirring Device
It is composed of the pulley, impeller, vertical shaft, etc. It is used to stir the ore slurry and prevent the ore sand from settling in the tank.
Inflatable Device
Consists of a ducted intake pipe. The pulp with a lot of air bubbles is quickly thrown to the stator by the rotating force of the impeller, which further refines the air bubbles in the pulp. Eliminates the rotational motion of the slurry flow in the flotation cell, causing many vertically rising microbubbles. Provide necessary conditions for the flotation process.
Mineralized Air Bubble Removal Device
It is mainly composed of a motor driving a reducer, and the reducer drives a scraper to scrape out the foam floating on the groove surface.
1. Our flotation equipment has high separation precision and yield for pulp, especially for difficult ore, which is widely used and stable in the flotation index.
2. The pulp circulation in the flotation machine is reasonable, which can minimize the sedimentation of coarse sand.
3. It can self-absorb air and ore pulp, and it is easy to realize self-flow when the middle ore returns.
4. There are no moving parts in the cell body of the flotation machine, which is easy to maintain and overhaul.
5. It has strong stirring force, large suction volume, and low chemical consumption. It can handle coarse-grained and high-density ore and can adapt to complex processes.
6. Each tank has triple functions of air suction, slurry suction and flotation, forming its flotation circuit. With less auxiliary equipment, easy to change the process.
7. It is equipped with an automatic control device for the pulp surface, which is easy to adjust.
8. The mineralization system, flotation tank and other flotation machine structures adopt new and superior wear-resistant materials. The service life of each part is long and durable.
When the flotation machine is working, the impeller is driven by the V-belt drive of the motor to rotate the flotation machine, which produces centrifugal action and forms negative pressure. In the flotation machine, the ore slurry treated by adding chemicals is stirred and aerated, so that some of the ore particles are selectively fixed on the air bubbles. Floating to the surface of the slurry is scraped off to form a foam product, and the rest remains in the slurry to achieve the purpose of separating minerals. Adjust the ram height to control the liquid level so the scraper scrapes off the useful foam.

It is suitable for processing and recovering gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, lithium, fluorite, barite, nickel, molybdenum, etc.
Mostly need 100-200 mesh feeding size, depending on minerals type and conditions.
Usually have three stages: roughing flotation, scanning flotation and cleaning flotation.
Depends on input process capacity & minerals type & requirement for the final product grade, basically need at least 17 cells flotation machines in the plant.
Depending on what kind of minerals you process and recover, different types of minerals need different chemicals.

The cleaning flotation can be done three or more times, so can increase the final product grade to as high as possible.
V-Belt and Impeller.
There is a scraper that scrapes out foam automatically from the flotation machine to concentrate the flow channel.
Most popular used is SF Series flotation machine, has various models: SF-0.37/0.7/1.2/2.8/4/6/8/10/16/20, with different volume and capacity tank.
The SF Series flotation machine is self-priming and self-priming slurry, which is mostly widely used in the mining industry.
12 months for machine main parts, not include spare parts.
Usually has two pcs motors, one motor is for agitation devices, the other one is for scrapers.
