Hydrocyclone is a classification equipment used to separate various slurries and mixed liquids. We can arrange a single unit according to different processing capabilities. Hydrocyclones can also be configured in groups to meet the ore demand of large mines. JXSC hydrocyclone utilizes unique structural design and is widely used in various beneficiation plants for classification, separation, concentration, etc.
The hydrocyclone is a device that separates and removes heavy coarse-grained silt and other substances in sewage. It mainly performs sorting operations such as classification, desliming, concentration and dehydration of ore pulp. It can be applied to mineral processing plants including coal mines and tailings dry discharge. In the paper industry, construction industry, thermal power plant, chemical industry and other industrial sectors are also widely used. It often forms a closed-circuit ring grinding device with a ball mill as fine grinding and grading equipment in beneficiation plants. The classification efficiency is high, and very fine overflow products can be obtained.
Wear-resistant Material
Feed holes, barrels and grit chambers are usually lined with polyurethane, ceramic, silicon carbide or cast stone diabase to reduce wear and to be replaced when worn.
Automatic Feed Setting
Small fluctuations in feed concentration, particle size, viscosity and pressure will impact the working indicators, so JXSC can be equipped with corresponding automatic control devices. Parameters are set according to the characteristics of ferrous, non-ferrous metals, chemical minerals, non-metallic minerals, and building material minerals to ensure the stability of the feeding port index.
Lining Materials
The interior is lined with wear-resistant rubber, including the box body, pipelines and key parts, etc., which have been treated with rubber. Our hydrocyclones have a long service life.
Discharge Of Overflow And Grit
The best working condition of the cyclone is that the grit is ejected in an umbrella shape. The angle of the umbrella surface should not be too large, it is better to just spread it out. When used for concentration, grit discharges in the form of a rope with the highest concentration. When used for dewatering, the grit is discharged in the largest umbrella shape, and the overflow has the least solid content.
1. The operation is stable, and the processing capacity per unit volume is large. The classification efficiency is high, sometimes as high as 80-90%.

The strong centrifugal force is used to separate the mixture under high-speed rotation. The two-phase or three-phase mixed liquid to be separated enters the hydrocyclone from the supply port under a certain pressure, resulting in a strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear turbulent movement. Due to the particle size difference between coarse particles and fine particles, they are affected by centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag, etc., and are affected by centrifugal sedimentation. Most of the coarse particles are heavy minerals, which are discharged through the bottom outlet of the external vortex of the hydrocyclone. The other part of the fine particles are light minerals, which are discharged from the overflow pipe at the bottom of the inner vortex, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and classification.

According to those aspects: flow rate, feeding size, pressure.

Feeding size request 0.2-18mm according to different model, separation particle size can be 2 to 350 um depends on customer requirement.
(1) Check whether the bolts of each ministry are complete and whether it is loose.
(2) Check the blocking of the rotor exhaust port (the rotor vibrates fiercely when blocking.
(3) Check the wear of spigot and overflow.
(4) Check whether there is a mine at each connection of the equipment.
It is made of polyurethane below 200mm. If it is more than 200mm diameter, the inner lining can be polyurethane or ceramics, and the shell is carbon steel.

(3) Plasma dehydration and concentration.
(1) The main amount of treatment and granularity of the mines are mainly affecting the amount of mines. Improve the pressure on ore, the grading effect can be improved, and the concentration of sand sedimentation is improved.
(2) The concentration and particle size composition of the material given directly affect the concentration and particle size of the product. The finer the granular particle size, the lower the concentration of the mines.
(3) The best working state of the discharge method of overflow and sand is that the sink is sprayed with umbrellas. The corner of the umbrella should not be too large, it is advisable to disperse. When it is used for concentration, the concentration of sinking sand is the highest in rope. When used for dehydration, the sinking sand is discharged with the largest umbrella, and the overflow contains the least solid amount.
