Our disc feeder can be configured with a speed-regulating motor according to user requirements. By adjusting the disc speed, the amount of ore feeding can be adjusted.
The primary function of the disc feeder is to supply materials to other equipment. The material can evenly enter a device so that the following process can work normally.
The disc feeder comprises a driving device, a feeder body, a belt conveyor for metering, and a metering device. It is a feeding device suitable for fine ore below 20mm. Therefore, it is widely used in various ores, coal powder, cement, clinker, limestone, clay, and other powdery, granular, or small lump materials.

The motor drives the disc to rotate through the reducer. When the disc rotates, the material in the bin moves with the disc, and moves to the side of the discharge port, and the material is discharged through the gate or scraper. The amount of discharge can be adjusted with a scraper device or a gate.

The disc feeder is used to transport various non-viscous materials in the form of powder, material, or small pieces with a particle size not greater than 50mm. It is widely used in gold dressing plants, coal mining plants, and chemical industries.
The main reducer of the disc feeder is lubricated by its internal circulation device, and the disc feeder uses a speed-regulating motor to control the speed of the disc. The gate opening does not need to be manually adjusted frequently, and the output can be automatically adjusted.
The oil in the reducer should be replaced every six months or so.
