Rock Tin Mining Plant
A jaw crusher crushes the rock tin ore, then feeds into a roller crusher for the second stage of crushing.
After second stages crushing, feed the material to a vibrating screen to separate out bigger particles and smaller particles, and big particles (+5mm) return back to the crusher for re-crushing, the smaller than 5mm goes to a jig machine.
A conveyor will feed the smaller than 5mm into a jig machine for tin separation. The jig machine with 2mm screen mesh aperture. The 2-5mm over the screen as a concentrate, and the <2mm under the jig screen will be fed into the shaking table by a slurry pump.
The shaking table for fine tin separation. Which can improve the upgrade. There are two sets of shaking tables, so use a distribution tank before them for better feeding.
